Registration fees include attendance to the Technical Sessions, one copy of the Proceedings in Paper and CD format, lunches, coffee-breaks and Gala Dinner.
Students are required a documented proof (i.e. copy of valid student ID card) when submitting the copy of his/her payment.
Every submitted paper will require at least one registration.
**Students fee and one day fee do not include access to Gala Dinner neither Paper Proceedings.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registrations: Cancellations after June 1st, will have no refund. Before this date, a handling fee of 70€ will be retained.
Accommodation: Cancellations after June 1st, refund depending on hotel's policy
